Deep Seated Foot Infection
This does appear to be a foot that has undergone significant cellulitis. At the top half of the sole of the left foot, there appears to be two pustules, signifying evidence of active infection. Note that between the 4th and 5th toe, there is a dark patch visible and could signify possible underlying fungal infection, as typically fungal infections in the foot can distribute in-between the toes
