Lichen Planus
This appears to be lichen planus of the right foot. There are some polygonal purple looking papules and plaques with overlying scale. Another thing to note is that the skin appears quite dry generally. Moreover, some of the polygonal plaques and papules are darker than the typical purple appearance you get, which can be seen in darker-skinned patients.
